Shipping in the continental US

We ship USPS First Class for a flat rate of $10.  Orders over $99 ship free.

For all other orders, the following flat rate shipping schedule will apply:
Two Day: $28
Next Day: $38

Canada: $45 ground shipping

In-Store Pickup Policy

We’re happy to offer FREE in-store pickup for your convenience! Just choose the Ship to Store location at check out. Your order will ship from our warehouse and will be ready for pick up in 1-3 business days. Please review our policy to ensure a smooth pick up experience.

Order Fulfillment

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification.

• You must pick up your order within 14 days of fulfillment.

Reminders & Shipping Option

If your order has not been picked up within 7 days, we will send you a reminder.

• If you’re unable to pick up your order, we can ship it to you for a $10 flat fee if your order is under $100 or for free if your order is over $100. Simply respond to our reminder email to arrange shipping.

Order Cancellation

• If your order is not picked up within 14 days, it will be canceled and refunded to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.

Order Processing

Your order will be fulfilled or shipped the next business day, unless that day is a Holiday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled or shipped on Monday. Once your order has shipped or is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification email and shipment tracking information. PLEASE NOTE for in-store and curbside pick up, your order is not ready until you receive the notification email (not the order confirmation email). Boem is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Returns

Boem offers Redo for convenient and free online returns and exchanges. If you opt in to Redo in your cart, you will have the opportunity for unlimited free shipping for exchanges, store credit, or returns per order number. You will also be eligible through Redo for a $5 bonus if you choose an exchange or store credit. Customers who do not add Redo to their cart must pay the cost of shipping for any return or exchange.

You may also return your online order to any store location.

Returns that are postmarked within 7 days of the date you receive your order qualify for a refund. Returns postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order qualify for an online merchandise credit. After 14 days, items are not eligible for return or exchange.

For purchases made online and picked up in store, you have 7 days from date of purchase to return for a refund and 14 days from date of purchase to exchange for a store credit.

Sales Tax

Please note that sales tax will be applied to customers residing in North Carolina.

Disclaimer

We are a small business and many of our items are in limited quantities, so we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. Please also be aware that your order may be shipped in more than one package. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers in your email.
